Meet Erin & Chris | Life Coaches for Teens, Young Adults, and Parents
We're Erin and Chris. Before we're coaches, we're parents of four who understand how overwhelming it can feel when your teen or young adult seems stuck, unmotivated, anxious, or unsure of their future.
Those experiences shaped not only who we are as parents, but also the life coaching approach we've used to help more than 1,000 teens, young adults, parents, and families build confidence, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful direction.
We know how heavy it feels to wonder if you're doing enough. We also know what's possible when a young person begins believing in themselves again.
That's why we created Extraordinary Purpose
We Understand Because We're Parents Too
Every day, we're raising four teenagers while coaching teens, young adults, and parents from across the country.
We've seen how quickly today's world can leave young people feeling distracted, overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure of who they are. And we've experienced the questions that come with parenting through it all:
"Am I doing enough?"
"How do I help without pushing them away?"
"Will they find their confidence, purpose, and direction?"
Those aren't just questions we hear from families we coach.
They're questions we've asked ourselves.
That's why Extraordinary Purpose isn't built on theory alone. It's built on real conversations, real parenting, and a coaching approach that's helped more than 1,000 teens, young adults, parents, and families move forward with greater confidence, stronger relationships, and lasting purpose.
Why We Started Extraordinary Purpose
Extraordinary Purpose began with a question we couldn't stop asking ourselves as parents:
Why are so many good kids struggling to believe in themselves?
Everywhere we looked, we saw loving parents doing everything they could. They were having hard conversations, setting boundaries, encouraging their children, and desperately wanting to help.
But too many teens and young adults were still feeling anxious, disconnected, unmotivated, or unsure of who they were.
The more we experienced it in our own family and the more families we coached, the more one thing became clear:
This season of life doesn't call for more control.
It calls for deeper connection, intentional leadership, and helping young people discover the confidence and purpose that already exist within them.
That's why we created Extraordinary Purpose.
What Makes Our Coaching Different
We don't believe lasting change comes from more advice.
It comes from helping teens and young adults discover who they are, build confidence, create a vision for their future, and take consistent action.
Our coaching focuses on three core areas:
Discover Their Identity
Build self-awareness, confidence, and purpose.
Create a Vision
Develop meaningful goals and a clear direction for the future.
Build Lasting Momentum
Create the habits, life skills, and accountability needed to follow through.
Because when a young person changes how they see themselves, everything else begins to change.

Coaching Designed for Young Men, Young Women, and Parents
One of the things that makes Extraordinary Purpose different is our two-coach model.
Erin primarily coaches young women, helping them build confidence, clarity, and a stronger sense of who they are.
Chris primarily coaches young men, helping them develop confidence, responsibility, direction, and the life skills to thrive.
Together, we coach parents because lasting change doesn't happen with one person. It happens when the whole family grows together.

Meet Erin Verdis
Life Coach for Young Women, College Students, Young Adults, and Moms
Helping women build confidence, discover who they are, and create a life they love.
If there's one thing Erin has learned as both a coach and a mom, it's this:
Every young woman wants to feel understood.
When she feels safe enough to be herself, ask honest questions, and explore who she is without fear of judgment, that's when real growth begins.
Over the years, Erin has walked alongside hundreds of young women, moms, and families during some of life's most challenging seasons. She's seen firsthand that lasting confidence doesn't come from trying harder or becoming someone you're not.
It comes from discovering who you are.
Whether she's coaching a high school student, a college student adjusting to a new chapter, a young adult searching for direction, or a mom carrying the weight of her family, Erin creates a calm, supportive space where women feel seen, heard, and encouraged to grow.
One of the things parents tell us most often is, "My daughter actually opened up."
When young women feel genuinely understood instead of judged, they begin having the conversations they've often been carrying inside for years.
Erin helps women:
✔ Build lasting confidence rooted in self-trust, not perfection
✔ Navigate anxiety, comparison, self-doubt, and life's transitions
✔ Discover who they are, what they value, and what matters most
✔ Strengthen emotional resilience, communication, and healthy relationships
✔ Take ownership of their choices, habits, and future
Erin's Coaching Philosophy
Erin believes lasting change begins with identity.
She isn't interested in helping women become someone they're not.
She's passionate about helping them become more of who they already are.
With compassion, honest encouragement, and thoughtful accountability, Erin helps young women and moms build the confidence, clarity, resilience, and life skills to create a future they're genuinely excited about.
Because this isn't just about feeling better.
It's about discovering who you are, trusting yourself, and building a life that reflects the person you're becoming.

It's about becoming a man who leads himself, serves others, and builds a life he's proud to live.
Our Promise to Your Family
We know reaching out for help isn't always easy.
As parents ourselves, we understand how deeply you love your child and how hard it can be to watch them struggle. We also know how much courage it takes to trust someone else to walk alongside your family.
We don't take that trust lightly.
When you work with us, you won't find judgment, unrealistic expectations, or one-size-fits-all advice. You'll find two people who genuinely care, who will celebrate your family's wins, help you navigate the hard moments, and encourage your teen or young adult to discover the confidence, purpose, and direction that's already within them.
Our hope is simple.
That your family leaves stronger than when you found us.
That your home feels more connected.
That your child believes in themselves.
And that you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and hope than you thought was possible.
If that sounds like the kind of partnership you're looking for, we'd be honored to meet you.
Schedule a Discovery Call and let's talk about where your family is today, where you'd like to be, and how we can help you get there.
No pressure. Just an honest conversation.
