Life Coaching for Teens, Young Adults, and Parents

Extraordinary Purpose was founded by Erin and Chris to support families navigating some of the most challenging—and formative—seasons of life. Our work focuses on helping teens, young adults, and parents move from confusion and conflict into clarity, confidence, and purpose.

With over 20+ years of combined experience, we’ve walked alongside hundreds of families during seasons of anxiety, rebellion, identity confusion, stalled motivation, and major life transitions—while also witnessing powerful breakthroughs and renewed connection.

Through our work in life coaching for teens, life coaching for young adults, and life coaching for parents, we help families build the structure, support, and mindset needed for long-term growth.

Our Philosophy — Growth Happens When Families Grow Together

We Support the Whole Family—Not Just Behaviors

We believe young people don’t need to be fixed—they need to be understood, encouraged, and guided. Real growth happens when teens and young adults are supported in discovering who they are, while parents are empowered to grow alongside them.

Our approach blends emotional development, identity and confidence building, purpose, direction, daily structure, and parent leadership.
