About Erin & Chris — Founders of Extraordinary Purpose
Â
Life Coaches for Teens, Young Adults, and Parents
Extraordinary Purpose was founded by Erin and Chris to support families navigating some of the most challenging—and formative—seasons of life. Our work focuses on helping teens, young adults, and parents move from confusion and conflict into clarity, confidence, and purpose.
With over 20+ years of combined experience, we’ve walked alongside hundreds of families during seasons of anxiety, rebellion, identity confusion, stalled motivation, and major life transitions—while also witnessing powerful breakthroughs and renewed connection.Â
Through our work in life coaching for teens, we help adolescents build confidence, emotional resilience, and a stronger sense of identity during some of the most formative years of their lives.
Our approach to life coaching for young adults supports clarity around direction, motivation, career decisions, relationships, and the transition into confident independence.
Our Philosophy — Growth Happens When Families Grow Together
We Support the Whole Family—Not Just Behaviors
Â
We believe young people don’t need to be fixed—they need to be understood, encouraged, and guided. Real growth happens when teens and young adults are supported in discovering who they are, while parents are empowered to grow alongside them.
Our approach blends emotional development, identity and confidence building, purpose, direction, daily structure, and parent leadership.

Our Unique 2-Coach Model
Gender-Specific Coaching with Unified Family Support
Â
One of the most distinctive elements of Extraordinary Purpose is our dual-coach, gender-specific model:
-
Erin coaches all young women
-
Chris coaches all young men
-
Erin and Chris coach parents together, 2-v-2
-
We come together in group coaching and family guidance
This structure creates stronger trust, relevant mentorship, balanced perspectives, and alignment between individual coaching and family dynamics.
Â
Parent Coaching Is Central to Our Work
Supporting Parents to Lead with Confidence and Connection
Â
Extraordinary Purpose is not just about supporting young people—it’s about strengthening families.
Through life coaching for parents, we help moms and dads lead with confidence, reduce conflict, and support their teens and young adults without pressure, control, or fear.
As parents of four incredible children, we understand there are no perfect answers or one-size-fits-all solutions. But we also know that growth, confidence, and connection are always within reach when parents are given the right tools and support.
We coach parents together—Erin and Chris side-by-side—to help you lead with confidence, communicate without constant conflict, support independence without enabling, and model resilience and purpose.
Our Promise to Your Family
Guidance, Partnership, and Lasting Change
Â
We are not here to fix your child.
We are here to help them remember who they truly are—and to partner with you every step of the way.
Many parents also discover our work through the Extraordinary Purpose Podcast, where we share honest conversations and practical guidance for parenting teens and young adults with clarity and intention.
If your family is searching for clarity, confidence, direction, and meaningful progress, it would be an honor to support you.
