Celebrate Your Teen's Wins

Celebrating your wins and capturing them in a notebook or journal is a beautiful ritual to practice at the end of each week, or ideally every night before going to sleep. We spend so much time doubting ourselves, drowning in self-criticism, comparing ourselves to others, trying to live up to other's expectations, and often just feeling disconnected from that deeper part of ourselves.

When we take the time to acknowledge even the little wins from each day (following through with a commitment, connecting with our partner, complimenting our kiddos, getting out for a walk, finishing a project, trying something new, etc.) we begin to build positive momentum and a heathier relationship with ourselves, and ultimately stronger and healthier connections in all our relationships. And by sharing your practice with them, you’ll be a beautiful example for them of how to practice self-love

What were two wins for you this week?! Remember they don't have to be huge accomplishments, in fact it's usually in the everyday craziness that we can find simple yet significant wins!
