Gratitude Is So Powerful!!

We hear a lot about the power of Gratitude, and for good reason, because intentionally focusing on what we’re grateful for is the key to a happy, fulfilling, healthy, and abundant life! One of my greatest teachers reminds us that we cannot be grateful and angry or frustrated at the same time. When we take the time each day to practice gratitude, it soon becomes more of our default, rather than to automatically focus on what’s not working, what’s frustrating us, what we wish was different, etc. Guided Gratitude Meditations (you can find a ton on YouTube) are an incredible way to start your day and begin incorporating that daily practice.

When we focus on Gratitude, what’s going well and right in our lives and with our kids, on what we’re proud of, on how the silver lining in our challenges and struggles are helping us grow and learn, on what’s amazing about ourselves, we gain back control over how we feel and begin creating our lives from an empowered place! The positive vibration and energy that come from being Grateful will begin attracting new opportunities, positive people, healthier relationships, and most importantly a powerful and authentic relationship with yourself.
