I talk to moms everyday who are concerned about their daughter's wellbeing and future. Some of the biggest worries I hear:

She's so capable, but stuck
Her anxiety is paralyzing her
She can't get past her negative self-talk & thoughts
She's lost her confidence & motivation
She feels isolated and alone
She compares herself to what she sees on social media
She has no direction for her future

I promise it doesn't have to be this way. I work with girls everyday who start out suffering from these challenges, and in just a few short months they cultivate empowering confidence, self-love, clarity about their future, and a deep understanding of who they are & what's authentically meaningful to them.

Why I Believe in Female Mentorship — Personally

When I was a young woman, I was pursuing my career as a model in the fashion world. Although there were many incredible opportunities and perks in this work, it was also a challenging industry to navigate at such a tender stage in my life. I went through some very dark periods and often felt very alone and without direction. This all led to my journey of self-discovery and personal growth, where I encountered my first mentors and teachers who ultimately changed the trajectory of my life, and helped me discover my purpose. They offered perspective without pressure, guidance without judgment, and confidence that I couldn’t yet access on my own. These women helped me quiet self-doubt, expand my sense of what was possible, and find clarity during seasons when I felt unsure and overwhelmed. They held space and believed in me at a time when I didn't believe in myself. Without those mentors, my life would look very different — and that is why this work isn’t just professional for me, it’s deeply personal.

Deep Self-Discovery
